RISE Breathwork is a two-hour guided journey to release, regulate, and reconnect with yourself and a supportive community. We begin by arriving and grounding together. A 45-minute activation breathwork session opens the body, moves emotion, and clears stagnation, followed by restorative breathwork to down-regulate and integrate. A grounding Sound Bath supports emotional settling. We close with optional community time. Offered monthly. All levels welcome.
*BODY MAPPING DISCLAIMER*Body mapping is an optional, spiritually based practice that may be offered alongside breathwork sessions. It involves intuitive touch and the application of gentle pressure to areas believed to hold tension or energetic restriction. The intention is to support the breathwork process and encourage emotional release. Participants may experience physical discomfort or emotional responses during or after a session.
Body mapping is not massage, physical therapy, or medical treatment, and has no established scientific validation. Leah Klien is not a licensed massage therapist. Body mapping is offered solely for spiritual purposes by Leah Klien, an ordained minister in the State of Utah, and is provided on an interpersonal rather than professional healthcare basis. Payment is for breathwork guidance only; body mapping is not a separately purchased service.
Photos or videos may be taken during sessions. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should notify Leah before the session begins.
Participation in breathwork and body mapping is voluntary. Participants are responsible for their own health and wellbeing and may decline body mapping or recording at any time.
