Experiencing the potential of movement, breath and sound to align with and move from a felt state. Creating a space where permission is given to move according to one’s kinesthetic impulse and intuition. Flowing; from a mindful/mindless state. No prior movement experience is necessary, though an openness to engage in new experience is.
One need only come with a willingness to engage with flow and whatever that might bring up in you.
