Frequency, put simply, is the movement of energy. In this experience, we explore moving energy through the body using different modalities including — but not limited to — breathwork, movement, and sound. The types of Breathwork fusion offered are Breath of Love, Alchemy of Breath, and sometimes Kundalini focused breath. The main segment of breathwork is usually done lying down, eyes closed, with music playing. We breathe for an extended period of time (40-60 minutes). This continuous stretch of breathing causes a shift in consciousness, taking one on a deep inner journey. The experience can be different for every person every time. The breath is the guide to bringing exactly what one needs for their healing and awakening!
Breathwork creates the opportunity to utilize conscious, intentional respiration. With this practice, inhales are emphasized and the breathing is done continuously, without pause.
Each month the details will vary slightly, but the overall experience will always be the same: a somatic exploration of the movement of energy… vibration… FREQUENCY.
The intentions and themes will change with the shifting of the moon, months, and seasons… but you can almost always expect a long segment of conscious BREATHWORK as well as a segment of SOUND THERAPY.
All levels and abilities are welcome as long as you can BREATHE!
