When: December 20th, 7:00am-8:30 am
Join us as we gather for a Winter Solstice Tea Ceremony to ring in the stillness of winter. An early morning sit with the leaf will ground us to reflect on our intentions for the darker months, allowing us to share space with community and silence among this strong, graceful medicine. The duration will include sitting upon the earth for 60-75 minutes in silence with bathroom breaks as needed. Bolsters and blankets will be provided, feel free to bring a journal and questions for discussion at the end.
