Relatefulness is the practice of mindfulness in relationship, and the art of collective flow. What John Vervaeke has described as “Stereoscopic Mindfulness”, Relatefulness is a part of the wider Circling and Authentic Relating movement, with its roots in the Austin Circling Community.
In Relatefulness, we bring awareness and curiosity to the experience of being in connection. In the process you might find the opportunity to develop self-awareness, deepen in presence, uncover what wants to be seen, and make space for your humanity.
This practice expands your capacity to embrace uncertainty, to be with discomfort, to be intimate with life, and to appreciate the richness of being alive. No experience or preparation necessary. The session is composed of several relational games that explore and build toward new possibilities in connection.
