Men’s Connection Series: Strengthening the Container
This men’s series is about creating conscious and embodied men that can courageously respond to their environment by drawing upon their strength and presence. To that end, the focus of this series is on fortifying the nervous system so that we can strengthen the container that we face the world and its people with. When our bodies and minds are more prepared to contain our energy, healing and expansion happen more naturally and with more ease. Furthermore, embodying this energy gives others around us the opportunity to experience safety, freedom and trust.
