We begin with grounding movement to settle into the space, followed by a 50 minute breathwork journey and 30 minutes of Sound healing
We will be using an Activation breath. This is a VERY powerful style of breathwork called AWAKEN. The practice is centered around a continual breath, that helps us to dig deep into the subconscious by getting us into a NON ordinary state.
A non-ordinary state of consciousness is a place where the mind can be aware, but is not in its usual wakeful condition. We are here to close open trauma loops stuck in the body so you can FEEL it & allow it to HEA…& move out of the body to live a life of freedom We then move into a restorative breath to help integrate your experience followed by a sound bath that allows anything that cam up in the session to be transformed and transmuted up and out of the body, while re-tuning and balancing your nervous system through the power of sound.
