Sunday Slow Flow is all about connecting to yourself, your mat and your community. It is a yoga practice that starts with slow gentle movements, leading to more energizing flows and slowing down once again to leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed on your Sunday morning. Every class will have the options for hands on assists throughout and in savasana.
Come experience the balance of an uplifting and relaxing practice. This class is great for all levels and will promote healing for your body, mind and spirit.
